— The production line consists of control system, screw extruder, die, setting& cooling system, haul-off machine, cutter and reversing device. Normally the production line has two extruders, one is high efficient PE specialized screw extruder, the other smaller one is used to extrude marker line.

— The die we use is basket type or spiral shunt type complex extrusion die. The advantages of such kind of die are easy adjust and even discharging. The diameter control unit is processed through unique grooving and water ring cooling to guarantee the pipe molding precision. Regarding to the auxiliary, use high efficient double chamber vacuum sizing technology and spray cooling water tank to improve the pipe yield and meet high speed production requirement. About the large diameter pipe, use caterpillar tractor which is controlled by ac variable-frequency motor. The motor is driven by energy-efficient inverter to ensure the precise speed regulation and it synchronous with extruding process. Use high speed and precisely designed cutter to make the cutting surface evenly. The cutter is fixed with powerful suction device to collect the waste so as to save maintenance.
