When the goods shipment, we will send the shipping advice to you at our first time.

After the ship sails, we will make all the documents for you to handle customs clearance, and then confirm with you by e-mail.

Before the ship arrived at the destination, we will inform you in advance by 7 days.

After you received our goods, we will send you the Client Service Table, if any suggestions or problems, please feel free to tell us.​

Q1: How long can I get a quotation for corrugated subscription box?

Within 12 hours after we confirmed requirements. If urgently, please call us anytime.

Q2: What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 10pcs, if need sample to check quality, 1pcs is acceptable.

Q3: How can I get subscription box sample to check quality?

After product's details are confirmed, we will delivery samples within 3 days after samples cost paid.

Q4: Do you accept OEM/ODM?

We welcome OEM/ODM. The new molds will be opened according to design drawning, size and material.

Q5: What about the lead time for mass order?

For Funko POP on stock, delivery time is 3-5 days. For new molds, production time is 10-15 workdays.

Q6: How you pack goods?

Generlly speaking, we pack goods with foam & carton. Also can do package according to client's needs.

Q7: What is your term of paymet?

We accept T/T, Paypal, West union, L/C and Alibaba trade assurance. And 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance should be paid before shipment.
