A Union Type Gas Flexi Hose is a flexible gas connection hose equipped with union-type end fittings that allow easy installation and removal without rotating the hose. It is designed to safely convey gas while accommodating vibration, thermal expansion, and slight misalignment in gas piping systems, ensuring a secure, leak-tight, and durable connection for residential, commercial, or industrial gas applications.
Performance Characteristics
The main elastic element of flexible expansion joint is stainless steel bellows. Through the expansion and bending of bellows, the flexible expansion joint accommodates pipeline movement in axial, transverse and angular directions. Flexible expansion joint can play the following roles:
- Absorbs axial, transverse and angular thermal deformation of pipelines
- Reduces equipment vibration impact on pipeline systems
