1. Warranty time is 5 years and effected from the date of original purchase.
2. Warranty is only available for customers who purchase directly from Sunluxx, during the warranty time:

(2) New LED board will be sent if LED failed.
(3) New Replacement will be sent depend on the level of damage or the specific causes of defectives.

3. Warranty does not cover damages caused by abuse, misuse,improper environmental conditions, natural disaster,wrong installation,etc.
