DZH type horizontal coal - fired steam boiler is a horizontal three - return water - fire tube boiler.There are rows of water-wall pipes on the left and right sides of the furnace chamber, and two sets of tube bundles inside the boiler barrel, which constitute two return trips. This coal steam boiler has sufficient heating surface, and is equipped with economizer for the tail heating surface, and is equipped with a drum and an induced draft fan to realize mechanical ventilation, and the fuel is layered combustion.Wide adaptability of coal, good smoke elimination effect of spiral pipe, high thermal efficiency.It is equipped with medium resistance and high efficiency cyclone dust collector, and the dust emission concentration can meet the environmental protection requirement of the second class area.The flue gas passes through the upper combustion chamber of the rear arch, enters the first bundle to the front smoke box from the combustion chamber up through the back shed pipe smoke room, then folds into the second bundle to the back smoke box, is introduced into the flue, dust collector and chimney through the induced draft fan, and finally exhausts to the atmosphere.
