The globe valve features a plug-shaped valve flap with flat or tapered sealing surfaces that move linearly along the center line of the valve seat. Available in both rising stem (bright rod) and non-rising stem (dark rod) configurations, this valve provides proportional flow control with short opening/closing strokes and reliable cutting functionality, making it ideal for shut-off, regulation, and throttling applications.
