Application
The innovative double-valve structure of the H76 check valve uses two spring-loaded flaps (half-valve) suspended from a central vertical hinge pin. When the fluid begins to flow, the flap opens under the resultant force (F) acting on the center of the sealing surface. The action point of the counteracting spring support force (Fs) is located outside the center of the flap surface such that the root of the flap is first opened. Therefore, the sealing surface friction phenomenon of the old conventional valve when the valve flap is opened is effectively avoided.

Feature
The H76H/Y check valve has a short closing stroke and spring loading, which significantly reduces water hammer. The opening pressure is small, the flap can be fully opened with a small differential pressure, and the flap can be fully opened with a small differential pressure. The valve is a unitary structure that is simple and compact. The impact force is small when the valve is closed, the water hammer pressure is small, the valve life is long, and the reliability is high.
