1, Is your product customizable ?
Yes ,we have a big R&D, we can design as your request .You should tell us the size of your site ,providing CAD drawing is better .

2,What certificates do you have ? Are your products safe ?
Our products have passed CE TUV GS ISO9001 ISO4001 BV SGS certificates .We use imported LLDPE for plastic parts ,PVC ,Sponge ,
nontoxic,durable and color hardly fade

3,How about your package ? Can i ask you for FOB price or CIF price ?
We usually use PO-film-coated EPE foam and thin film to pack our products .For the weighty parts we use black carton inside and
thin film outside .
We can quota you EXW price ,FOB price ,and CIF price .Currency :USD or RMB

4, How about the installation ? Can you send your engineers to our country ?
Under 100 square meter we suggest you install it by yourself ,of course we will provide you 3D installation drawings firstly and
our saleman will help you on line anytime . In addition to this,we can send engineers to your country if you need further help .

5,what's your payment term ?
Our normal payment term is 30% as deposit, balance before loading by T/T.
For large order, we accept L/C.
For trial order about some play parts, we accept western union, paypal or cash.

6,How can I place order ?
Sign contract-- Pay deposit -- Production-- Pay balance--loading -- delivery

7, What's your delivery time ?
It is based on the quantity you order. But normally, our production time is 18 to 22 working days.

8, Does your product have any certifcate ?
Yes, our products comply with Eu standard. But for indoor & outdoor playground, we don't have certificate for every model. And most playground is customized. So the certificate is always applied by our client considering the cost.
