A1: Some sample is not free, but the sample charge will refund you after your order if reach our MOQ. The shipping cost will be afforded by your side.

Q3: Which payment method is accepted?

Q4: How long dose it take for mass production?
A4:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Around 30-45 days( off season) or 45-60 days(busy season) after receiving the payment or L/C at sight. We suggest that you place the order two months before the date you need it.
Q5:Can you do the designs for us(OEM)?
A5:Yes. We have a professional team with full experience in products design and manufacturing. Also we can manufacture the products with your design, Please send us vectorgraph including PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, etc. ( no less than 1500dpi, and the higher, the better)
Q6:Can you do the product test for us ?
A6:Yes, we can help arrange the test, but you have to pay the extra test fees, please provide details of the tests before placing the order, and we will put the test fees in the order.
Q7:Afer receiving the product, if we find the defect, could we get the compensation?
A7:Absolutely, after confirming the defect goods cause by us, you will surely get the compensation. In fact, we always pay great attention on production control and inspect all the goods carefully before shipment.
