Product Overview
This 4-inch black Fe doped Lithium Tantalate (LiTaO3) MEMS wafer features excellent piezoelectric, ferroelectric, acoustooptic and electro-optic properties. Manufactured using the Czochralski method, these wafers are ideal for high-performance applications including resonators, filters, transducers, and surface acoustic wave devices.
