This equipment is a special equipment for aluminum template robot welding. The equipment is two stations A and B. The equipment can be adjusted according to the length and width of the workpiece. The equipment is mainly composed of work table, workpiece positioning mechanism, workpiece pressing mechanism, welding robot and welding power supply, clearing and cutting mechanism, and electronic control system. The use of equipment improves production efficiency, reduces labor intensity, ensures product quality, and simplifies operation and high efficiency. The main production processes are as follows:

1. Manually adjust the position of the workpiece positioning mechanism according to the size of the workpiece;
2. Manually put the sealing plate, L plate and profile GTS-37 into the workbench;
3. Press the start button, the sealing plate pressing mechanism and the rib plate pressing mechanism respectively pressurize the sealing plate and the rib plate;
4. Press the reserved welding button and the robot completes the welding;
5. B station repeat (1, 2, 3, 4 action).

Repeat the serial number 2 - 4 process to cycle the next welding process.
