The cycloidal gear reducer is not filled with grease at the factory. Please fill the grease for the RV reducer during installation. The MolywhiteRE00. filling amount is about 90% of the volume of the mounting cavity. The grease is usually replaced every 2000 hours of operation. If the gear unit is operated above the rated condition or in the environment above 40 °C for a long time, please check the deterioration of the grease to determine the replacement time.
Note: After the Reducer disassembly packaging, if not used in a timely manner, please do a good job of anti - rust measures.

Warranty service of Cycloidal Gear Reduce
We provide one year quality warranty for our ZKRV series of gearboxes provided that they are used under rated conditions, assembled properly or applied under good lubrications. During this warranty period, refund or free replacement is guaranteed by our company when the performance of the gear reducer is severely downgraded or malfunctioned, however, we will not be responsible for the other costs arisen hereof.
The following situations are exempted from our warranty scope while paid service is available
- The gear reducer is not used based on given conditions
- Foreign objects enter into the gear reducer
- The specification of the lubrication and supporting material used does not meet with given conditions
- Disassemble or reassemble the gear reducer without authorization
