We provide one year quality warranty for our ZKRV series of gear reducers provided that they are used under rated conditions, assembled properly or applied under good lubrications. During this warranty period, refund or free replacement is guaranteed by our company when the performance of the gear reducer is severely downgraded or malfunctioned, however, we will not be responsible for the other costs arisen hereof.
The following situations are exempted from our warranty scope while paid service is available
- The gear reducer is not used based on given conditions.
- Foreign objects enter into the gear reducer.
- The specification of the lubrication and supporting material used does not meet with given conditions.
- Disassemble or reassemble the gear reducer without authorization.
