Introduction of Chrome Plated Rod

Generally, in oil cylinders and hydraulic cylinders, there are many applications of chrome-plated rods, and what they specifically include are mainly:
(1) The material is usually made of No. 45 steel, so that it can withstand greater impact. However, if it is used for heavy load transmission, it is better to use 40Cr as a material.
(2) Generally speaking, chrome-plated rods are cylindrical. When the diameter is relatively large, hollow chrome-plated rods can be considered, which is sometimes good.
(3) If the surface of the chrome-plated rod is finished, the roughness should not be greater than 0.65um, otherwise it is unqualified.
The most widely used materials for chrome-plated rods are: 40Cr, No. 45 steel.
