Product Description
Tungsten carbide rods are made of WC and Cobalt. Our carbide rods are extruded forming and HIP sintered, with its high hardness and strength. Carbide rods are widely applicated in cutting tools such as carbide drills, endmills, rotary burrs, micro milling cutter, carving knives, PCB cutters and other cutting tools.
Tungsten Carbide Rod Features
1. Super hard tungsten carbide boring bar made from high toughness compound is tough and durable.
Highly materializing features of super hardness. High rigidity and extra vibration resistance, most suitable for extra depth boring (10D)
2. Standard internal coolant hole is built in every size of the bar best for cooling and chip evacuation in deep hole boring.
3. Featuring straight shank structure, the bar can be adjusted to different working lengths.
4. On both ends of main body integrated are soldering holes. One hole will be superseded by the other upon breaking. This will reduce your cost and greatly increase the value of boring bar.
5. Have combined with holes on both ends of the ontology, in case of damage at one end, on the other side can cooperate to use, increase the cutter bar itself value, more in line with economic benefit.
6. Tool rod internal thread and tungsten steel cutter bar one-time sintering, thread more stable and durable, no electrical injury is not easy to collapse.
