Our steel grating is manufactured using world-class Italian ORSOGRIL equipment, featuring computer-controlled high-tension resistance welding that ensures firm connections, smooth surfaces, and superior strength. Hot-dipped galvanizing is applied post-welding with zinc coating weights of 460g/m² to 610g/m² depending on bar thickness.
All products undergo 100% testing and inspection before delivery. Our factory maintains ISO 9001:2015 certification and follows GB/T 13912 standards for galvanizing quality, ensuring pH resistance range of 6 to 12.5 for optimal corrosion protection.
