Clip Styles Available
Type A - Removable Installation
Consists of upper plate with double hooks, toothed lower plate, and M8 hexagon socket bolt. Most commonly used style for standard applications.
Type B - Enhanced Removable Design
Features upper pressure plate with double hooks (one hook encloses two adjacent steel gratings), toothed lower pressure plate, and M8 inner corner bolt.
Type C - Welded Installation
Includes upper pressure plate with double hooks and M8 hexagon head bolt that welds to supporting member. Most economical option for permanent installations.
Installation Guidelines
Movable and detachable steel grating must be fixed with specialized installation fixtures to prevent displacement. Each steel grating requires a minimum of 4 mounting clips for spans under 8mm, with additional clips recommended for larger spans.
