Various load-bearing bar depths and thicknesses are available through the aluminium range and this material is best suited in corrosive applications such as near the ocean or in water treatment plants.

All Zhuote Grating/Flooring products are designed and manufactured to comply with the requirements of National. Slip-resistant top surfaces such as serrated edge flat bar or quartz grit are available across the range and allow for slip resistance ratings of P4 and beyond. Surface treatments available in Anodized for aluminium.

1---Application
You need to Consider Bar Grating uses and physical requirements for your interior or exterior application. Loading, span and support needs as well as traffic requirements such as pedestrian, hand cart and vehicular are important considerations.

2---Product Spacing
Select the product spacing (the measurement from the center of one bearing bar to the center of an adjacent bearing bar) of the Bar Grating item. For example, the first number refers to the bearing bar spacing measured on center (19 = 19/16" or 1-3/16"), the letter refers to the construction type (W = welded), and the last number references the cross bar spacing measured on center (4 = 4").

3---Product Sureface Treatment
Select the primary material type including Aluminum, Carbon Steel, Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel. Inventory is typically "mill finish" for Aluminum, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. Hot-Dipped Galvanized, Black Paint finishes are available for some Carbon Steel items.
