We produce 3 different styles of stainless steel access cover; recessed, Vinoseal (for use with vinyl sheet flooring) and heavy duty. All are manufactured from stainless steel in grades 304 or 316 and are therefore ideal for food preparation areas where high hygiene is of importance.

More than a standard manhole cover, our stainless steel fabricated access covers can be used for both internal and external use and can be made in a range of different sizes for many different applications and can even be made to your specific needs.

Application

Suitable for private and public areas such as office building reception halls, hotel corridors and supermarket floors where an enhanced aesthetic floor finish is of primary importance. The 7100BE/SSE Series accepts most floor finish infills such as screed, tile, carpet tile and terazzo (for carpet finishes we recommend the aluminium Alulite Series - please ask the sales office for details).

Construction: As 7100 Series with specially extruded brass or stainless steel angles fitted to top edge of cover and frame to ensure enhanced finish to visible edges. Edge angles hand fitted and finished, cover edges neatly mitred. Lifting and locking points similary finished in edging material. Locking covers have matching brass or stainless steel screws. Multiple units come complete with removable support beams and support pockets. All units are airtight. Brass edge and stainless steel edge units are supplied double seal and locking as standard.
