Description

Press-welded gratings are manufactured by using welded machine to attach cross-bars in a twisted square configuration to bearer bars.

They are manufactures using techniques that guarantee a constant production quality (manufacture according to YB/T 4001.1-2007) and are typically made from Q235 steel.

The ensemble can be hot-galvanised in accordance with GB/T 13912-2002 standards.

It is mainly used in the manufacture of industrial walkways and staircase steps.

Between the Chinese and EU market, there are some difference, our mainland the spacing of the cross bar and bearing bar is 30/50/100mm, but in the EU  market clients, the spacing is 19/30/33/50/55mm. These structer will be increase the project cost, because the short spacing of the bearing, the used materials will be more.
