Industrial platform road floor hot dip galvanized heavy duty steel grating

           Platform steel grid plate is made of flat steel in accordance with a certain distance and cross bar arrangement, and welded into a kind of steel products with a square grid in the middle, mainly used to do drain cover plate, steel structure platform plate,steel ladder step plate.The bar is generally made of twisted square steel.

           Platform hot dip galvanized steel grid plate is generally made of carbon steel, hot dip galvanized surface, can play a role in preventing oxidation.It can also be made of stainless steel.Hot dip galvanized steel grid has ventilation, lighting, heat dissipation, anti-skid, explosion-proof and other properties.

Bearing bar
- A flat bar withstanding the main load is in consistent with the span direction .
bearing bar pitch
- the distance center to center of the two bearing bars.
Cross bar
- the connecting bars , made from twisted bar ,round bar or flat bar, which extend across the bearing bars
Cross bar pitch
- the distance center to center of the two adjacent cross bars.

(span)- the maximum dimension of a grating panel ,measured parallel to the bearing bar ,and in the same direction as the bearing bars .
Width
- the maximum dimension of a grating panel ,perpandicular to the bearing bars .and in the same direction as the cross bars.

Panels are bundled in a way applicable to handling of forklift or tricingline rope: four steel objects are placed on the top and bottom of bundle respectively. Four long bolts of M8 or M10 penetrate through the openings of the steel gratings in the middle and fasten the panels up. For the steel gratings of 3mm thick bearing bar, four pieces of angle steel are placed at the bottom of the panel, to prevent from deforming when unloading.
