1. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 12 hours after we got your inquiry.
If you are very urgent, please contact us via email, skype or whatsapp.

2. Can I order a sample to check the quality?
Yes of course! You can order a sample to check the quality.
And the sample cost can be refunded in your next bulk order if the products satisfy the condition.

3. How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order via PayPal, Escrow, Western Union, T/T and MoneyGram.
We will send a invoice including all cost to you for confirming the order.
But please notice that we are not responsible for any import tariff or customs clearance fees.

4. How long can I get my order when I paid for it?
Items will be sent within 3 working days after your payment is confirmed.
We can ship to all of the world via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, Aramex, ePacket and China Post Air Mail.
The shipping delivery time:
China Post Air Mail and ePacket need 10-30days.
DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and Aramex need 3-7days.
Please notice that we are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues caused by the forwarder.

5. What about the warranty of your products?
We offer 12 months warranty for all the products except accessories.
Defective items must be returned within 10 days, all returned items must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please notice that artificial damages are out of warranty.
For the items which are out of warranty, customers need to pay freight and new parts changed's cost if need return.
