T36150 zap strap is made by SWIFT Automation Technology CO., LTD. Tie width is 3.5mm and tie length is 100mm. It has passed Reach, RoHS.
Zap strap is also named cable ties, zip ties, hose ties. It has a small open case and could be formed consistent ratchets. It could bind items together, without sliding or stretching.
Features
1. Tie thickness is 1.2mm. It is thicker than other normal cable ties.
2. High quality raw material PA66 to make. It is no problem to use them in automatic cable tie tool.
3. The simple tensile strength ﹥ 10kg.
4. Impact toughness: impacted to concrete floor in 30m/s, no broken and no snap off. Manual using and tool using both are ok.
5. Insulation well, not easy to age and heat resistance.
6. Flammability: UL94V2
7. Operation temperature: -40℃ - 80℃. Special temperature(-40℃ - 180℃) is available.
