This machine is used to bundle motor coils specailly. It helps to improving the bundle speed and is suitable for production assembly.
Automatic cable tie tool features
1. Using loose nylon cable ties only, T25100, width 2.5mm, length 100mm.
2. Auto bundle, thread, pull and tighten, cut cable ties off.
3. It can bundle motor stator in different angles. Bundle one cable tie taking 1.0S.
4. The bundle forces are adjustable.
5. PLC, Touch panel controlling, it is easy to operate.
6. With temperature controlling system, it helps to protect cable ties toughness when under 15℃.
7. Auto detect cable tie jammed and deal with the problem by its own.

How to operate automatic cable tie tool for motor coil?
1 . Pick the motor coil up and place it into the under jaws of cable tie gun.
2 . Push the pedal by foot, it would automatically bind it with cable ties.
