SWT25100H Auto Bundle gun China packing machine for nylon cable ties saving time
SWT25100H has a handheld cable tie gun and a host machine. It can pack a cable tie in 0.7 second. Automatic cable tie machine can save 2 or 3 workers. It is faster, stable and efficient.
Features
1. Put loose cable ties(200pcs -300pcs every time) into the vibration bowl.
2. Once operator pulls the trigger in the cable tie gun, cable tie would be packed, tightened and cut off. And the waste material also would be collected into a box through a transparent tube.
3. The packing speed is 0.7S per cable tie.
4. It can improve the work efficiency, save time and labor cost.

Machine structures
1. The vibration bowl: put nylon cable ties into it, then they would be managed one by one. Pls don't put too much, or the vibrating effect will not be very good.
2. The handheld cable tie gun: It is ergonomic hand shank design, comfortable to hold and operate.
3. Pressure sensor: detect the pressure and detect if cable ties are jammed.
4. The feeding tube: it is connected the cable tie gun and the host machine. Cable ties would be blown into the cable tie gun through it.
