What is SWT25100HC automatic reel cable tie machine?
SWT25100HC is an automatic bundle machine that can automatically bundle reel cable ties. Reel cable ties are C25100 and their sizes are W2.5mm * L100mm. The bundled items’ total diameter is up to 18mm. The bundle speed is 1.0second. Once worker touch the trigger of handheld cable tie gun, cable tie would be transferred into the gun, wrapped and tightened cable tie, then cut off.

Features

Instructions
1. Put reel cable ties in host machine.
2. Connect handheld cable tie gun with host machine by using a feeding tube and a data cable.
3. Check “the position of loading material”.
4. Aim at the bundled items and pull the trigger to work.
5. If 5,000pcs cable ties can’t run out, please protect them from losing moisture to ensure optimum performance.
