Working process
1. Working principle: nylon cable ties are put into the vibration bowl. They would be rearranged one by one. The sensor detects the first cable tie near it then the cable tie would be transferred to the feeding tube. Once operator touches the trigger, cable tie would be sent to the tie gun and automatically wrap, tighten and cut off.
2. Operation process: put nylon cable ties in the feeder bowl – rearrange cable ties – touch the trigger in the tie gun – finish bundle – collect the waste into a box.
