SWT25080H nylon cable tie machine can deal with the shortest nylon cable ties, T25080, width 2.5mm* length 80mm.

Features of automatic cable tie machine

1. The bundle packing speed is 0.7S. And tying by hand takes 6second. Automatic cable tie machine can replace 2 or 3 workers.

Machine structures

1. The vibration bowl: put nylon cable ties into it, then they would be managed one by one. Pls don't put too much, or the vibrating effect will not be very good.

2. Pressure sensor: detect the pressure and detect if cable ties are jammed.

4. The feeding tube: Cable ties would be blown into the cable tie gun through it.
