Application area
Remote control electric vehicle, two -wheel balance vehicle, remote control wheelchair, medical machine,amusement vehicle, robot, etc.
Application notes:
1. Confirm that the voltage and power parameters of the motor not exceed the range of the driver board as specified.
2. This driver board is used for 3-phase brushless sensorless motor, but not suit for all 3-phase brushless sensorless motors directly.The hall angle should be 120 degrees.
3. The brake function of JYQD-YL01D is reactive brake.The motor turns the brake to produce energy for recycling.Please don’t use the brake function when testing with a regulated power to avoid damage driver.
4.The 5V output port on the driver board,can be controled by the single-chip cumputer with the current lower than 100MA.
5.Pleasse pay attention to the insulation and heat dissipation about the driver board.
6.Safety start function:If the speed regulation is not in right place or the speed rehulation is invalid after power-on, please make the speed regulation or brake reset can be ok.

1. Control port (right) 2.54 hole spacing
5V-control board internal output 5V.
EL - brake control port, reactive linear brake, with energy recovery function, analog voltage brake 0-5V. In the case of constant speed +, the higher the brake voltage, the greater the braking force 0-100%.
M-Speed signal output port, pulse frequency is proportional to motor speed (pulse ratio is related to motor)
Z / F-Positive and reverse control port. Hard change, 5V or suspended to one direction,GND to the other direction.
VR - speed control port, analog voltage speed regulation 0V-5V(0-2.5V) speed regulation, linear speed regulation from low to high. External PWM speed regulation needs to be shared with the drive board.
GND - control board.

P + - Power input cathode 12V-48V (support lithium)
P- - Power supply input negative electrode
MC / W - - One of the motor phase line
MB / V - - One of the motor phase line
MA / U - - One of the motor phase line
GND - - Motor Hall negative electrode
HA- - motor Hall signal one
HB - - motor Hall signal one
HC - - Motor Hall signal is one
5V - - Motor Hall positive pole
3. Use shielded wires if the drivers board has more than 50 cm distance from the motor, otherwise it may lead to abnormal driving, affecting the normal use.
4. Pay attention to the heat dissipation if continue working with the max. Current.
