TCT Tungsten Carbide Tipped Cutters are a highly versatile range of scarifier cutters suitable for cleaning, chipping and planing applications. Available in a complete range of sizes and profiles to fit most makes of machine, each one features a highly durable hardened steel body with full depth tungsten carbide inserts that have been brazed, crimped and compression set into place. Each cutting point is typically 7mm long and beveled to give the best possible performance under all conditions.
Tungsten Carbide Tipped Cutters offer high impact resistance and exceptionally long service life. The hardened steel bodies are fitted with precision-ground tungsten carbide inserts for good stability and wear resistance. The standard point is 7mm long (1/4in) but can be produced in any length from 1mm to 15mm (1/8in to 5/16in).
