Our Xinhe Tungsten TCT cutters are loosely fitted on lateral shafts which are then placed inside a drum housing. The cutting wheels are mounted on shafts on a removable drum. Scarifers fling or impact multiple number of flails cutters onto concrete surface. Tungsten or hardened steel flails strike the surface leaving a clear roughened or textured surface.

Applications include removal of paint, coatings, adhesive removal, plastic coatings, and dirt; light concrete preparation. These star wheel cutters leave a "Shot blasted like" profile.
