Our carbide cutters are standard tools for concrete scarifiers and milling machines, featuring premium carbide tips that ensure long-lasting performance and aggressive working effect. The standard dimensions suit most brand surface floor planers including TFP 260, Airtec RT-2000, Von Arx FR200, and Blastrac BMP-265 scarifiers.
These tools excel at removing traffic lines, pavement markings, epoxy, paint, and waterproofing membranes. Our tungsten carbide flail cutters last up to 30 times longer and remove material up to 5 times faster than traditional steel scarifier cutters.
Tooling Options
- Complete drum loaded with HMT-5.40 carbide 5-pin cutter: Designed for thin and hard material removal. Applications include roughening, abrading, leveling, grooving, bulk concrete removal, high spot removal, curled joints, and thick coating/overlayment removal.
- Complete drum loaded with TMO-7.15 solid carbide milling cutter: Designed for removal of thick and soft thermoplastics, line stripes, and traffic markings on concrete and asphalt.
- Complete drum loaded with TSR-5.5 star wheel/solid carbide: Designed for removal of thin and hard materials including paint, coatings, adhesives, plastic coatings, and dirt. Leaves a "shot blasted like" profile.
