Our TCT carbide flail scarifier cutters are used for leveling, grinding, cleaning, grooving, milling, and other general surface preparation with all kinds of scarifier and concrete planer machines, such as brands EDCO,Bartell SPE, Blastrac, Smith, SASE and etc.
