 1. Function and Features

• Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work-life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.
• Adopt 8 shafts design, two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard machining to 300mm.
• Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.
• Grinding part: adopt manual and pneumatic two types of blade grinding, it could be grinding when working, improve work efficiency.
• Blade and creaser both move by electric, and automatic locking.
• The scorer part adopt above & lower button for rectification, can make the scorers align center. Above row scorers can pneumatic lift up and down.
• The former and latter rubber rollers minish the processable paper length. Can also slitting without creasing.
• Option: Blade pneumatic lifting up and down.
