II Details
 
1) Electric Mill Roll Stand

• Maximum paper roll diameter: 1800mm
• Maximum support weight: 2T
• Round-plate type manual brake, the web tension is adjusted at any time.
• Arm clamp and rotary structure set fixed torque clutch, operate safety.
• The structure is double rotary shaft with four arms, support two paper mill rolls on both arms at the same time.

2) SF-280S Single Facer

• Cover vacuum suction.
• Corrugating roll is made of high quality alloy steel 48CrMo, the surface is medium-frequency quenched and chrome-plated. Hardness can reach HRC55~60, which ensures good wear-resistance and long life service.
• No gear transmission.
• Glue roll is lifted and lowered pneumatically.
• Independent glue clean device and electric glue-separate board to control the width of glue.
• Lubricated by high temperature lubricate grease.
• Surface of all dancing rolls and preheating rolls is grinded and chrome-plated.
• Pressure roll is medium- frequency quenched and chrome-plated.
• Preheating rolls, pressure rolls and corrugating rolls all meet the National Standard of Pressure Vessel.

3) NC Computer Sheet Cutter

• Rational mechanical structure, strong form, good stability , have long performance life.
• All operation control on the same side, easy to operate.
• Max feeding paper : 1600mm
• With four set slitter knives, crosscut 400mm-2400mm.
• Cut paper precision±2.5mm.
• Slice paper number of times: 20-120/min
• Working speed : 40-70 m/min
• Weight : 1.7 tons
