• Material: 48CrMo alloy steel
• Heat treatment: Intermediate frequency quenching, hardness:58±2°
• Roller Grinder: Automatic CNC double housing corrugated roller grinders. The rollers’run out≤0.03mm
• Coating: Tungsten carbide, Thickness ≥0.06mm, Hardness≥HV1200. We adopt Swiss Sulzer Metco tungsten carbide coating system.
• Lifetime ≥30,000,000 meters.​

• Special alloy steel forge piecial for corrugated roller.
• 4M CNC intermediate frequency queching machines.
• The hardness of surface materials is over HRC60 that keeps the flute in a good state.
• Computer design to optimize flute Siemens system CNC corrugated roller grinding machines for grinding flute.
• Tungsten carbined coating: We adopted Oerlikon Metec HVOF coating machine from Switzerland.
