Wholesale Plastic PP Airless Bottle with UV Golden Ring and 15ml-200ml Capacity for Cosmetic Applications
What is a PLASTIC PP VACUUM BOTTLE?
It's a type of airless bottle (as we discussed previously) where the key components are explicitly defined by the materials and mechanism:
-
PLASTIC: The bottle is made from plastic, making it lightweight, shatterproof, and cost-effective.
-
PP: This stands for Polypropylene, the specific type of plastic used. PP is known for being durable, chemically resistant (won't react with most formulas), and has a high melting point, which is good for product stability.
-
VACUUM: This describes the mechanism. It uses a vacuum created by the pump to move a piston, which pushes the product out.
-
BOTTLE: The overall container form.
In essence, it's the technical and manufacturing term for what is commonly known as a plastic airless dispenser with a piston system.
How It Works (The "Vacuum" Mechanism)
The process is identical to the airless system described before, but the term "vacuum" highlights the physics:
-
Press the Pump: When you press down on the actuator, it expels product and, on the upstroke, creates a low-pressure (vacuum) state inside the main chamber.
-
Piston Rises: This vacuum effect draws the bottom piston upwards.
-
Product is Pushed Out: The rising piston pushes the remaining product towards the pump, ready for the next use.
-
No Air Enters: The one-way valve in the pump and the tight seal of the piston prevent any air from being drawn back into the product chamber.
Key Distinction: While some systems use a collapsible bag, a "vacuum bottle" typically uses a rigid or semi-rigid bottle with a piston (or follower plate) that makes direct contact with the product.
