High-quality sand, soda ash, and limestone are melted in industrial furnaces at approximately 1700°C to create pure molten glass.

• Blow-and-Blow Method: Used for narrow-neck bottle designs. The glass is blown into a mold to create the parison (preliminary shape), then transferred to a second mold for the final blow formation.
• Press-and-Blow Method: Ideal for wide-mouth container designs. The glass is pressed into the mold to form the parison, then blown into the final shape, providing superior control over glass distribution.

Newly formed bottles undergo controlled slow cooling in temperature-regulated lehr ovens to relieve internal stresses and enhance structural strength.

Each bottle undergoes rigorous defect inspection and receives dual surface coatings - hot-end and cold-end treatments - to improve lubricity and prevent surface scratches during handling and transport.
