• Different products use different paper cartons , this is mainly according to you choosing for which kind of product . Different products we have different packaging specifications .
• This kind usually has two kinds of packaging , the carton size is 60*38*40cm, 625pcs, or the carton size is 57*38*38cm, 500pcs.

1.Does all the color can be done ?
Yes,we can do the color as you need.

2.Can you provide sample to us ?
Yes, we can provide free sample to you ,but we hope the express charge by collect.
 

3.What's the delivery and payment ?
We always do like this 30% deposit in advance, the banlance upon the copy of B/L .Our delivery time is 25~30 days (If you are urgent, you can check the delivery time with us any time)

4.Can we visit your factory?

Of course, you can,welcome to our factory any time .

5.How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved , we will begin mass production.Doing 100% inspection during production;then do randon inspection before packing, taking pictures after packing.

6.If any quality problem ,how can you settle it for us ?

If any breakage or defects were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
