Customization:

Regular finished inner frame are for rectangular and round-edged boxes. Please provide detailed drawing to us if your desired shape is not the regular two.

Depending on the shape to form, materials of the cutter, type of machine to be applied to, and other factors, time needed for manufacturing can vary. Thus details of product and relative lead time must be negotiated beforehand to avoid any discordance.

For products we have in stock, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.

For products of customized specification, or painted as required, or of special materials, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.

For regular size wear parts/ consumables/ spares, normally we request 30% payment before sending order to our plant, and the balance before shipment.

Freight:

When CIF or CFR terms are applied to a trade of lesser amount, taking delivery time, cost, risk, custom clearance proficiency, and other factors into account, we choose express among DHL, UPS, TNT, Aramex, Fedex, SF Express to deliver your goods.
