Blackened Receival Drum

Blackened Receival Drum is a component connecting the cigarette rod maker and filter machine. It receives cut cigarette rods and transfer them in order to the filter machine.

Mid-Temperature Black Oxide

Like hot black oxide, mid-temperature black oxide converts the surface of the metal to magnetite (Fe3O4). However, mid-temperature black oxide blackens at a temperature of 220–245 °F (104–118 °C), significantly less than hot black oxide. This is advantageous because it is below the solution's boiling point, meaning there are no caustic fumes produced.

Since mid-temperature black oxide is most comparable to hot black oxide, it also can meet the military specification MIL-DTL-13924, as well as AMS 2485.

Customization:

Regular receival drums are for 7.8*84mm cigarettes, MK8 model. Please provide detailed info. to us if your desired specs is different.

Depending on cigarette sizes, cigarette rod machine model, filter machine model and other factors, time needed for manufacturing can vary. Thus details of product and relative lead time must be negotiated beforehand to avoid any discordance.

We provide receival drums for basically all types of cigarette making machines including MK8, MK9, Protos 70/80/90, etc.

The drum shown in photos is for Chinese made MK8.

Shipping Terms:

Preferred: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR

It had always been our first priority to provide quotation with EXW terms applied price. Still for final shipment the other 3 sets of shipping terms are most recommended. We would like to have the export clearance process done by ourselves since normally we know China’s customs more than our clients do. Also the tax rebate procedure can be more or less simplified if we clear the custom on our own.

For any other sets of shipping terms especially those where export clearance is no more our obligation to see to, please contact with us for further detail negotiation, so as to avoid any discordance.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms are negotiable under following principles:

For products we have in stock, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.

For products of customized specification, or painted as required, or of special materials, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.

For regular size wear parts/ consumables/ spares, normally we request 30% payment before sending order to our plant, and the balance before shipment.
