Blackened Receival Drum

Blackened Receival Drum is a component connecting the cigarette rod maker and filter machine. It receives cut cigarette rods and transfer them in order to the filter machine.

Cold Black Oxide

Cold black oxide is applied at room temperature. It is not an oxide conversion coating, but rather a deposited copper selenium compound. Cold black oxide offers higher productivity and is convenient for in-house blackening. This coating produces a similar color to the one the oxide conversion does, but tends to rub off easily and offers less abrasion resistance. The application of oil, wax, or lacquer brings the corrosion resistance up to par with the hot and mid-temperature. One application for cold black oxide process would be in tooling and architectural finishing on steel (patina for steel). It is also known as cold bluing.

Customization:

Regular receival drums are for 7.8*84mm cigarettes, MK8 model. Please provide detailed info. to us if your desired specs is different.

Depending on cigarette sizes, cigarette rod machine model, filter machine model and other factors, time needed for manufacturing can vary. Thus details of product and relative lead time must be negotiated beforehand to avoid any discordance.

The drum shown in photos is for Chinese made MK8.

Before business actually starts, we are always glad to send you samples(wear parts/ consumables/ spares) for a quality test.

Clients are always welcome to our office for better communication, and also to our plants for an on-site inspection. Please inform us of your journey beforehand so that we could meet you at the airport and join you to visit our plants.

We provide on-site engineering support for installation of complete machines if requested.

For requirement of specific certification to meet import regulations of certain nations, inform us beforehand to get our products certified if they are not yet.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms are negotiable under following principles:

For products we have in stock, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.

For products of customized specification, or painted as required, or of special materials, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.

For regular size wear parts/ consumables/ spares, normally we request 30% payment before sending order to our plant, and the balance before shipment.
