Introduction 

HJYCIS-N1 A8 Cigarette inspection system is used on Protos70 machine to inspect and reject the loose end, filer lack, air leak, outward cigarettes. It is incorporate to the PLC of tobacco feeding, cigarette rolling, assembler part, and the signal is showed on the touch screen.

Technical Parameter 

Output signal:

DCP1 program clock pulse: pulse signal, (DCP1=DCP+)

DCP3 Phase shifted clock pulse: pulse signal, to DCP, width is adjustable

SCP1 single clock pulse:: pulse signal, to DCP, width is adjustable

Detection drum: Y1 output signal

Loose end indicator: H1 indicator

Air leak indicator: H2 indicator

Filer lack indicator: H3 indicator
