Detailed Usage:
Nylon tape is a common wear part of cigarette making machines. Although in some Chinese-made machine it is replaced by tobacco band(aka. steal band). With the help of a vacuum pressure the input cut tobacco is attached to the nylon tape and processed and transferred to the cigarette tongue part where it is released onto the cigarette paper and rolled into rods.
Performance:
Nylon is ductile angular translucent or milky crystalline resin, as an engineering plastic nylon molecular weight is generally 15,000-30,000.Nylon has high mechanical strength, high softening point, heat resistance, low friction coefficient, wear resistance, lubricity, shock absorption and noise resistance, oil resistance, weak acid resistance, alkali resistance and general solvent, good electrical insulation, self-extinguishing, non-toxic, odorless, good weather resistance, poor dyeing.Disadvantages are large water absorption, affecting the dimensional stability and electrical properties, fiber reinforcement can reduce the water absorption of resin, so that it can work in high temperature, high humidity.Nylon has good affinity with glass fiber.
