The output force of cylinder is proportional to the square of cylinder diameter.The output force of the electric cylinder is related to three factors: the cylinder diameter, the power of the motor and the screw pitch. The larger the cylinder diameter and the power, the smaller the pitch, the greater the output force.Theoretically, the output force of a cylinder with a cylinder diameter of 50mm can reach 2000N. For electric cylinders with the same cylinder diameter, although products of different companies vary, they are basically no more than 1000N.Obviously, the cylinder has an advantage in the output force.

(3) Strong adaptability.

Cylinder can work normally in high temperature and low temperature environment and has dustproof, waterproof ability, can adapt to various harsh environment.Because of the large number of electrical components, the electric cylinder has higher requirements on the environment and poor adaptability.
