Installation method of air oil separator core of built-in model :

① Shut down the air compressor, close the outlet of the air compressor, open the drain valve, and confirm that the system has no pressure.

② Disassemble the pipeline above the air-oil barrel, and remove the pipeline from the outlet of the pressure valve to the cooler.

③ Remove the oil return pipe and check whether it is unblocked.

④ Remove the fixing bolts of the upper cover of the air-oil barrel, then remove the upper cover of the air-oil barrel.

⑤ Remove the air-oil separator and replace it with a new one.

⑥ The stapler on the flange gasket of the air-oil separator core is a static electricity device, which cannot be removed.

⑦ Install and restore according to the reverse order of disassembly.

⑧ Open the air compressor outlet valve first and then start commissioning.

Installation method of air oil separator core for external model :

Shut down the air compressor, close the outlet of the air compressor, open the drain valve, and after confirming that the system is pressure-free, remove the old air oil separator and replace it with a new one.
