Oil Gas Separator Core Cigarette Machine Air Compressor Replacement Air Filter
Installation method for built-in model :
| 1 | Shut down the air compressor, close the outlet of the air compressor, open the drain valve, and confirm that the system has no pressure. |
| 2 | Disassemble the pipeline above the air-oil barrel, and remove the pipeline from the outlet of the pressure valve to the cooler. |
| 3 | Remove the oil return pipe and check whether it is unblocked. |
| 4 | Remove the fixing bolts of the upper cover of the air-oil barrel, then remove the upper cover of the air-oil barrel. |
| 5 | Remove the air-oil separator and replace it with a new one. |
| 6 | The stapler on the flange gasket of the air-oil separator core is a static electricity device, which cannot be removed. |
| 7 | Install and restore according to the reverse order of disassembly. |
| 8 | Open the air compressor outlet valve first and then start commissioning. |
