Shipping & Packing
Cable is supplied in lengths as specified in PI or as requirement. Each length will be shipped on a separate iron-wooden drum. The minimum barrel diameter of the drum will not be less than 30 times the cable diameter.
The cable ends will be sealed with plastic protection caps to prevent water penetration. The ends will be easily accessible for testing. A final inspection test report with attenuation performance data for each fiber is attached inside the drum.

1. Do you provide free samples?
Yes,we can supply some free samples of the small value, but the buyer should bear all the shipping costs.
2. What is the MOQ?
For standard optic products, we don’t have any MOQ for sample order. For mass production MOQ: 1000m
3. What is the lead time?
For standard products, the lead time is 15 days. OEM products, lead time is 20-30 days after order confirmed and payment received.
4. What is the payment terms?
We accept 100% in advance for small order. For big order, 30% deposit before production,70% balance payment before shipment.
5. Can you supply OEM products under our brand?
Yes, sure. We can supply OEM products with OEM package.
6. Do you have distributor in other country or domestic?
Until now, we sell our products to customers directly. And factory price could be offered.
7. Shipping & Delivery
For large orders: by sea (LCL or FCL)
For small orders: by sea (LCL), by air or by courier services,any of which is optional.
