Q1: How can I get the after-service?
A: We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us.
If it is the men-made problems,we also send the spare parts,but you should pay.
Q2: Do you have inspection procedures for elevator?
A: 100% self-inspection before packing.

A: Sure,we accept all kinds of payment way.The details you can discuss with us
Q4: What is the delivery time of the parts?
A: Mostly Standard parts we have stock we can deliver after your paymemt confirmed.The non-standard or can
not stock parts we can deliver 25-30 days.
Q5: How to book the parts?
A: You can email us discuss the details after confirming we will make PI for your side and when you receive the
PI pls confirm details by email. and then the payment confirmed we will prepare your order at once.

Installation Support :
1. Document Support : The complete documents including Installation manual will be delivered along with the elevator in the container.
2. Technical Support : Remote technical support is available via email, whatsapp, skype and etc.If necessary ,a techincian will be sent to assist you on the jobsite
3. Spare parts support : We will provide you the free spare parts delivered along with the container.
4. Maintenance Support : If any parts get damaged due to quality issue within 12 months after B/L date. We will send new replacement once confirmed.
