The PVA film can be used as an excellent release material for unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin, or other thermosetting resin parts.It has the following characteristics:

• Good releasing performance, it barely produces any blanks, which saves polishing time.
• With high flexibility and smoothness, the PVOH membrane/film can fit the mold better, and the demolding quality is higher.
• Good heat resistance: the membrane/film can be heated up to 190 degrees.
• Good mechanical performance: high tensile strength and high breaking elongation rate.
• Suitable for continuous production, high producing efficiency.
